Disorders We Assess

As part of the neuropsychological process, we conduct diagnostic assessments that incorporate a range of neurodevelopmental and psychological conditions. We also evaluate, if present, its impact upon your child’s development and current level of functioning within the home and school environment. At the Child and Adolescent Neuropsychology Group, we specialise in the assessment and treatment of:

  • School Readiness

  • Emotional and/or Behavioural problems (including Anxiety, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, or Conduct Disorder)

  • Developmental Coordination Disorder

  • Intellectual Disability/Developmental Delay

  • Giftedness/High IQ

  • Brain Injury

  • Prematurity or Low Birth Weight

  • Genetic/Medical disorders that may impact development or cognition (thinking)

We also specialise in the identification, assessment and provision of recommendations for the following conditions:
